Club Supervisor

Supervises, coaches and manages overall daily operations of a Club site under the control of the organization with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff (direct and indirect reports), personnel issues, management of a facility, develop and manage a budget, actively engage and support a Club site Advisory Council, community relations, volunteers, and membership administration.
Primary responsibilities include creating an excellent club experience driven by the 5 key elements of positive youth development: safety, positive environment, fun, supportive relationships, opportunities and recognition. site programs, activities and services that prepare youth for success and that create a club environment that facilitates achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.
Club Supervisors manage 1 of the 5 Club sites and ensure a healthy and safe environment, ensuring facilities, equipment, and supplies are maintained.
REQUIRED SKILLS: the ability to plan and communicate the plan to the team as well as hold self and others accountable for their part in the plan, the ability to coach others, develop talent in others, self-regulate emotions and handle stressful situations professionally, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to school administration and families, must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, must be willing to take direction and give direction, ability to deal effectively with members including discipline problems.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years work supervising a small team, demonstrated ability in staff and volunteer supervision, facilities management, and the recruitment and retention of key personnel.
Preferred: Child Development Associate's Degree, Youth Development Credential, or 20 or more education/human development/early education college credits, Class E Driver's License or willingness to obtain upon hire
Salary Range: $40,000-45,000
